By using our system, you grant AnalyticsConnect.io unrestricted use of and access to any and all third party tracking cookies, such as but not limited to Google's "_ga" cookie. Additionally, you grant AnalyticsConnect.io unrestricted use of and access to any and all third party tracking pixels, such as but not limited to those used by AdWords, Facebook, and Bing. Access to these third party tracking cookies and pixels are necessary for our system to push data into these platforms on behalf of our clients.

If enabled, the AnalyticsConnect.io "_acio" cookie and its data remain the property of AnalyticsConnect.io. AnalyticsConnect.io doesn't store any personal identifiable information inside of these cookies.

If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, the remainder will continue to be valid and enforceable.

12. Payments

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers. All payments are considered fully earned at the time they are received.

13. Membership Cancellation

Your membership can be canceled from the Subscription link inside your account dashboard. This is the only way to cancel your account. You can contact support if you need help logging into your account.

14. Inaccurate Information

We take the provisioning of accurate information very seriously and ask that you do the same. Users who in our sole discretion purposely provide expired, incorrect, false, or misleading information, such as but not limited to contact information for their accounts, may have their accounts suspended without notice or refund. As part of this process, we may also decide at our sole discretion to block the offending Keap/Infusionsoft account permanently.
